All services are subject to availability, project scope, site conditions, and final written agreement before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, outside our scope, or inconsistent with local building standards.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Show-Up Builders are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

Final pricing may change if project conditions differ from initial assumptions, including hidden structural issues, material changes, or customer-requested modifications.

Any changes in cost will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Project Scheduling

Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit approvals, or other factors outside our control.

Payments

Customers must ensure that all personal property is removed or protected prior to work beginning.

Warranties

Show-Up Builders stands behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of service and will be clearly stated in your agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or modifications performed by third parties after project completion.

Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Permits & Compliance

When required, permits will be obtained in accordance with local building codes in North Carolina municipalities including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Morrisville, and surrounding areas.

Some projects may require homeowner cooperation or approvals from HOAs or local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by permit offices or regulatory agencies.
